Designed for runners looking to finish a distance without a time goal. Appropriate for beginner runners, runners training for a distance for the first time, runners returning from injury, and experienced runners starting to run again after an extended break
Designed for intermediate runners who have completed the distance at least one time before and are pursuing a time goal. These plans include higher mileage than beginner training plans and more speed work
Our most advanced training plans are reserved for experienced runners who have finished the distance several times and are looking for personal bests and qualifying times. These plans include the highest mileage and highest intensity of speed workouts
